What is KravHIIT?
Here you will find the most complete martial arts training and fitness program in the entire Rincon, Pooler, Savannah area. We teach a variety of martial arts such as Krav Maga, Filipino Kali, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (bjj), Jeet Kune Do, and Muay Thai Kickboxing among others. We then combine those with functional High Intensity Interval Training utilizing Bumper Weights, TRX, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Dumbbells, Sandbags, etc. that will turn you into a Fat Melting Human Weapon. You can burn up to 800 calories per class! Our classes are programmed to make you safer while at the same time giving you an amazing workout in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Krav Maga
Real world self defense
Krav Maga is a military self-defence and fighting system developed for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and Israeli security forces. Krav Maga has a philosophy emphasizing aggression, and simultaneous defensive and offensive maneuvers. It is known for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency. Krav Maga is also a fantastic workout allowing you to burn up to 800 calories per class!
We are the only Official USKMA representative in the entire state of Georgia! If you are looking for real Krav Maga we truly are your only option!
CROSS-HIIT FITNESS
This is a fitness program focused around the idea that each exercise done in the gym should translate to everyday movements and to a better life outside the gym.
When you come to a CrossHIIT class you will lift, run, row, jump, pull, push, throw, climb and anything else we can think of. We will combine all of these movements into structured varying-intensity workouts that will get you results FAST!
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU
Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (bjj) adult program is open to all skill levels. The Gentle Art, as it is often described, is a non-striking martial art that utilizes grips and leverage to unbalance your opponent and ultimately achieve a submission, or "the tap". A typical class is divided into two parts: technique and drilling, followed up with live sparring. Both are invaluable to learn and retain proper technique, while developing sensitivity and timing through live sparring.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai is the combat sport of Thailand focusing on the versitale use of "the eight limbs," which include the arms, legs, elbows and knees. Muay Thai fighters are some of the toughest, most well conditioned athletes in the world.
KALI / JEET KUNE DO
Filipino Kali is the native art of the Philippines consisting of weapons and bare hand skills, the art uses synchronized stick drills, body angling and fluidity.
Jeet Kune Do is the philosopy created by Bruce Lee and is incorporated into all our classes. It teaches us that truth in combat is different for each individual, and urges us to strive for adaptability and fluidity.

Dustin Cawley
Dustin Cawley, a martial arts virtuoso and seasoned United States Marine Corps Veteran, brings a wealth of expertise in diverse combat disciplines. Holding a Black Belt in Krav Maga and a Purple Belt in BJJ, he exemplifies his commitment to self-defense. Starting his journey in 2010, he attained the rank of Green Belt in MCMAP (Marine Corps Martial Arts Program), Dustin's skills evolved as he became a Combat Life Saver in 2013, seamlessly integrating martial prowess with life-saving capabilities. Recognized as an Expert Rifle Marksman, his discipline extends beyond hand-to-hand combat. Dustin's resilient and dedicated spirit is rooted in his proud service as a US Marine Corps Veteran, making him a martial artist with a mission.
